Thanks! It's a joy and a blessing to be able to move my body, sweat and feel good after that. It's God's will that we move our body every day through exercise and take joy in it while we still can. It helps release stress from sitting in the office or in the couch watching TV for too long :)

It's misconception that people get wiser as they get older. Not necessarily! We should have observed old people who are stubborn, bitter about life and not willing to learn although they are not perfect yet. We should also have observed young people who are humble, teachable, wise and always trying to improve themselves as an accountant/auditor/manager /husband/father/son, etc.

Mau Kwan Tang is glad to see a hospitalized brother in Christ making a big progress today after staying in the hospital for 13 days. He will be released tomorrow. It's a relief to him and his wife who has been so worried. Praise the Lord!

Mau Kwan Tang is happy because he has updated and moved his personal website after not updating it for almost 2 years since he discontinued service with the previous ISP which hosted the website before moving to Baton Rouge. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults." and posts it as a reminder for himself and his friends. Sin less as new-born babies till you are sinless by the power of the Holy Spirit. Mau Kwan Tang made a video of himself doing proper pull-ups and hanging leg-raises yesterday -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4xfNjYCt Rg&feature=channel_page . Pull-up is one of the compound exercises against one's own body weight. It's challenging but beneficial to the body by developing multiple muscle groups. Very few people do it right on youtube. They rush, swing and rock to make up big numbers.
