Mau Kwan Tang has spent 7 hours with a friend from Lafayette who has become a brother in Christ. His friend finally understood the Good News and trusted Christ alone to be saved over a lunch in church. After that they went to DMV for written test with Johnny as the interpreter. He passed finally! Then they prepared for the drivi...ng test and had fellowship over dinner. Praise the Lord!

Mau Kwan Tang enjoyed a 7-hour conversation & prayer time with a brother in Christ. He praises God for speaking to the brother through him and helping the brother to make a difficult decision by obeying God instead of following his emotions.

I took the poll and am calling the pregnancy centers in Baton Rouge to see how I can be a volunteer helper.

Mau Kwan Tang 's flight to Baton Rouge is on "Weather Hold" due to fog. He will get update at 7 pm. That gave him enough time to do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups & 50 leg raises on the ground and enough time to enjoy a good breakfast with fruit bowl & chopstick chicken over rice. Thanks God!

Mau Kwan Tang thanks God for having time to cut his own hair this afternoon and enjoying the quietness of the evening to meditate on God's Word and the wonderful things God is doing in Cebu.

Mau Kwan Tang is spending some quality quiet time seeking God's face through prayer and reading God's Word.

Mau Kwan Tang had another action-packed day teaching 2 self-defense classes and 1 2-hour Taekwondo class. He sweated a lot teaching outdoor or indoor without AC on a hot humid day. He probably lost a few pounds over the past 1 week and a half.

Mau Kwan Tang ended the 2 hour Taekwondo lesson with God's Word and praying for those with special needs. Pray that God would continue to build up these new believers of Jesus Christ.

Mau Kwan Tang shared God's Word with 2 self-defenses classes in the morning, taught brother Irvin and Pastor Narrs a crash course on self-defense, had lunch with 3 brothers in Christ where he had the opportunity to share the Gospel with the waitress who was touched to tears after she heard the Gospel. She shared that she felt God’s... Spirit moving in her heart when the Gospel was shared. All praise be to God!

Mau Kwan Tang had a wonderful Sunday teaching Sunday School, preaching God's Word, training evangelists and sharing the Gospel on the street. Pastor Leo and he paired up. Pastor Leo shared the Gospel in Cebuano and he prayed the whole time and was overjoyed when the young man was willing to trust Christ alone to be saved. He pray...s that the young man would continue to grow in his faith in Christ.

Mau Kwan Tang is thankful to have the opportunity to share the Gospel with the taxi driver during traffic jam. The Catholic taxi driver finally understood that salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone not Christ plus good works. Praise the Lord! He gave him the Gospel tract afterwards and he kissed it showing such thankfu...lness! May God continue to bless him and his family!

Mau Kwan Tang had a marvelous time with his Taekwondo class students. They are really good -- agile, flexible, with good techniques and are dedicated to the art. He is preparing them for the tournament on 10/2 and plans to be there for the tournament to encourage them.

Mau Kwan Tang just met and had fellowship with 8 pastors who, plus other 4 pastors missing in a pastor's meeting today, represent all the Christian churches in the Philippines. Each has a wonderful story of faith to tell. Praise the Lord!

Mau Kwan Tang is encouraged to know that the evangelism training on the past Sunday with 14 trainees helped the trainees step out of their comfort zone to be used by God in street evangelism to bring some to be willing to trust Christ alone to be saved from God’s wrath against their sins. The trainees were overjoyed and amazed at God’s power to overcome their fear and in helping the spiritually blind see.

Mau Kwan Tang is seeking God's face through prayer and HIS Word to regain strength and wisdom for teaching this afternoon's 2-hour advanced Taekwondo/self-defense class, building deeper friendship with his students and share the 1st part of the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Mau Kwan Tang is so thankful and joyful with sore muscles after teaching 2 self defense classes in a row in which he also had the opportunity to know his students on a more personal level. God gave him wisdom to share why nobody can enter into the presence of the... Holy God in heaven by their own good works which are like filthy rags in God's eyes (Isaiah 64:6).

Mau Kwan Tang is so thankful and joyful after another day of amazing ministry in Cebu. He is amazed how God opened the door of the Gospel through the host church pastor and his congregation member.

Mau Kwan Tang is so thankful to God and so joyful after a full day of ministry -- woke up at 5 am on 9/20, Sunday, Cebu time and just returned to the missionary guest house at 7:12 pm. The people were excited about God's Word in Sunday School, worship service, evangelism training and sharing the Gospel on the streets! Now he would... go out for a dinner with the host church pastor and his family.
